[Suggestion] Delete inactive negatives!

I had this idea just 5 min ago. I see allot of dares posted that are inactive w/ no posts and entries and also have hypes in the -'s My suggestion is that if a dare has more than a hype of 0 to negative 2 and is inactive should automatically be deleted after 3 months. I don't know if this can be done or not but would help get rid of the spam dares that no one really wants to see. A instant delete should occur if a dare reaches a hype of negative 10 or lower.

I wanted to add that I also see allot of people who sign up and post 10 / 15 dares instantly There should be a limit of 1 dare for new account a week. This number can increase as the user completes dares and street cred increases. This will also stop spam!
