MAD ever uploads my videos.

I have uploaded several videos and the site takes forever to upload and only uploads one second of the video. why does it do this and how can i make it upload the full video? it bugs me cuz a few dares i did cant be seen cuz the video is up but it doesnt show the full video. any ideas as to why? thanks

which video format did you use? i recommend mp4 with a standard resolution of 640x480 or 720x400, mp3 or aac sound. this is what i always use and it works fine. you can use handbrake to convert your videos. its fast and reliable.
