Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. Always a difficult time, I know cause I've lost just about all my relatives! I know how much it hurts.

It never gets easier, we wokeup to my cousin banging on the door and he told us that they found my uncle in his car in the middle of a field - we found out later that he had a massive heart attack while he was delivering newspapers yesterday morning :(

OMG what a shock for all of you and I bet he wasn't that old either.

I think he was 65-ish

To me that is still young.

pretty good :D getting ready for the holidays

We got lots of snow today! And we are told by "the powers that be" that we will have snow on Christmas Day! I can't remember the last time I got up to snow outside on Christmas morning! Can't wait! lol

normally around here we have snow in the last few weeks of November but this year we didn't have any until maybe a week ago, I was worried we might have a green Christmas lol and nothing beats snow on Christmas! :D

it's going pretty well :) last night i got a memorial tattoo for my father :) - i'm afraid of needles (it's a phobia) and i have a really, really low pain tolerance but i pushed through for him :)

Ow that's really sweet and thoughtful. I don't do needles either hence the reason I have never had a tattoo and certainly do not intend to now. At my age ugh! lol
I'm good but totally knackered. Some workmen came round really early this morning and started hammeirng! I lost the plot, jumped out of bed and with bed hair and a sexy nightie, shouted abuse out the window. The guys face was a picture! pmsl

thanks :) i'm not going to lie - because of my super low pain tolerance it really hurt - the short strokes of the tattoo gun weren't too bad it was the long lines that felt to me more like he was driving it under my skin :(
and i wish you could have gotten a pic lol it would've been so funny to have been there lol

When I lose the plot I sound like a fishmongers wife! I got a temper from hell when I get going! He never said a word! pmsl

i'm doing a bit better :) thanks to you and the others that did my dare :D it's just hard to go day to day when you feel so aware of something in the back of your mind :(
